We start with a collaborative onboarding process to understand your brand inside and out. Then, we shift into a rhythm that minimizes lift on your side: we plan content calendars a month ahead, batch content, and only need timely feedback to keep things moving smoothly.

We run an A+ high-touch, multifaceted team — virtually and intentionally lean — so we can deliver “big agency” strategy and breadth without the inflated cost from outdated overhead. With HQ based in San Francisco within the heart of AI innovation, we also judiciously use AI to amplify our work efficiency and our client’s success, without ever sacrificing brand alignment and content quality. The results – we work smarter, to pass on savings to you – charging 3-4x less than bigger agencies while ensuring you get more concentrated care by mindfully only taking on a handful of new retainer clients a year. We love working with emerging brands and know that even successful ones, need to be smart with spend.
Audits and one-off projects start at $1,000, with most projects averaging around $5,000. (Similar audits at larger agencies start at $3,000)
Retainers start at $2,000/month. Our average is $3,500/month for emerging brands, and $6,000/month for brands doing 7 figures+ annually. (Similar retainers at larger agencies start at $4,000/mo for just one channel)

We believe in clarity, speed, and zero guesswork. For retainers, we use a private Slack channel for day-to-day comms, plus email for longer updates and reports.
You’ll get weekly reporting on paid ads (with Loom videos when needed), monthly planning calls, and real-time updates when content goes live.
We love async collaboration and structure everything to keep you informed with clarity and efficiency.

We don’t believe in locking clients into long-term contracts. There’s no required minimum—just a one-time onboarding fee to cover the creative ramp-up. While many of our clients grow into full-service partnerships and stay with us for 5+ years, they do so because they see the value, not because they’re locked in.
For retainers, we invoice 50% at the start and 50% at the end of each month. For one-off projects, it’s 50/50 based on milestones. We don’t offer net terms and ask for timely payments so we can continue to serve small, growing teams with the care and attention they deserve.
