This Dog’s Life is a premium, conscious marketplace offering dog parents the best in wellness, grooming, and lifestyle products. Using audience insights and performance data, we refreshed the brand and redesigned the website to elevate the visual identity, better align with their price point, and resonate more deeply with their target customer. We also developed and messaged a new identity across Klaviyo email, SMS marketing, and organic social media. The results: a 27% decrease in website bounce rate, a 56% increase in email revenue and 37% lift in email open rates, as well as a 32% boost in Instagram engagement.
